Minute Diktator

Suspect your opponent got the upper hand only because they had better cards? Try Minute Diktator, a quick 2 player card game.

You each play Policy cards to convince the members of the shadowy Council of Five to support you. The catch is that each policy has both a benefit and a cost. Both players will have access to the same cards (eventually), but the winner will be the player who has played (or not played) those cards more strategically as well as having better predicted the eventual outcome.
